Before you acquire
Average daily sales and margin ranges are approximate figures supplied by Wealthify Investments LLC from each store's trading history. They aren't audited by a third party and don't predict future results. Diligence is where you check them against the source records yourself. Read the acquisition disclaimer.
Tiers are how we organize the portfolio, broadly following each store's trading level. They classify the listing; they are not prices. Asking prices are shared on request.
Where available, a qualified buyer can get a limited staff account on the store's Shopify admin during diligence. You see the real data at the source. You can't change anything, and access ends when diligence closes.
No, but you should understand what you're buying. That's why every acquisition comes with a walkthrough, and why ongoing management is available if you would rather not run daily operations.
No. We present businesses and their records, and we facilitate the process. Decisions are yours, and we recommend independent legal, tax and financial advice before you sign.
Ask about a business.
Name a business or a category, and tell us what you'd want to see in diligence. We'll share pricing, explain which records are available and how the process would run.
