What we do
Our work runs through two business models. For entrepreneurs, we build Shopify businesses from the ground up: research, store, products, suppliers, advertising and operations. For investors and operators, we present established Shopify businesses with the records behind them, and we run a structured acquisition process.
Around both models sits a wider service practice: Shopify management, digital marketing, Meta advertising, niche and product research, supplier and fulfillment coordination, conversion optimization, e-commerce consulting and 1-on-1 consultations. These are available to any store owner, including ones we didn't build.
How we operate
Ownership stays with the owner
Stores are built under the client's own Shopify account. The brand, domain, supplier relationships and records belong to the business owner, not to us.
Records before claims
Listing figures are labelled as approximate, and we don't publish testimonials, returns or projections. Buyers check the source records in diligence and judge for themselves.
One accountable team
Research, development, advertising and operations sit with one team, so a problem never falls between two agencies.
Plain agreements
Scope, ownership, fees and responsibilities are written down before work begins, in language a first-time founder can follow.
